Cookie Monster - First we start with a chocolate cookie base that is loaded with milk and white chips, as well as chunks of Chips Ahoy. Next is an edible cookie dough layer. The final layers is a white chocolate blondie.
Rolin’ In Pecans — First we start with a browned butter base and load it with cinnamon chips, buttered pecans, and brown sugar PopTarts. There is a layer of cream cheese frosting with pecan spin wheels smooshed into it. There is a snickerdoodle blondie layer. The whole brookie is topped with a brown sugar candied pecan crunch.
The Cady — we start with our signature Cirque-de-Liciouscookie dough that is loaded with rainbow sprinkles, white chocolate chips, and frosted animal crackers. Pink vanilla frosting covers the cookie dough. Next comes a cake batter blondie layer that has nimal crackers, sprinkles, and white chocolate chips mixed throughout. The top of the Brookie is coated with more rainbow sprinkles!
The Sparkler — we start with our signature All Dressed In White cookie dough (an almond wedding cake cookie). White chips and patriotic Little Debbie cakes are mixed throughout. On top is a wedding cake blondie that is coated in white chips, sugar sprinkles, and edible glitter. The entire Brookie is injected with a fluffy white frosting
