This is a PACK of FOUR brookies that are inspired by some of our favorite on-the-go breakfast foods. They all weigh around or over 1 pound each!
1. Mr. Swirlz - cinnamon roll lover brookie
First we start with our signature Nice Bunz cookie base (a snickerdoodle cookie) and load it with white chocolate chips and cinnamons chips. Next is a layer of cinnamon roll filling. The final layer is a snickerdoodle blondie that is loaded with cream cheese chips. The Brookie is injected with cream cheese frosting and topped with a white chocolate swirl
2. Wake 'n Bacon - maple bacon donut lover brookie
First we start with a browned butter maple cookie base that is loaded with caramel bits and white chocolate chips. On top of that is a maple blondie loaded with caramel bits! The Brookie is injected with a maple buttercream. The Brookie is topped with a caramel donut glaze and maple candies bacon 😋
3. Blubber - blueberry muffin lover brookie
First we start with our signature MUFFIN TOP cookie dough base. It’s loaded with white chocolate chips and blueberries. Next is a layer of blackberry cream cheese frosting. It’s topped with a blondie brownie with blackberry jam swirled into it!
4. Poppin' Strawberries - strawberry Poptart lover brookie
First we start with a vanilla cookie base with hints of strawberry. It is loaded with strawberry Poptarts and white chocolate chips. Next is a layer of strawberry jam! The final layer is a strawberry blondie with chunks of strawberries and white chocolate chips mixed throughout. To top it all off, we added more white chocolate chips and Poptart chunks.
