This is a Moose Track ice cream inspired cookie. First we start with a vanilla cookie base. It is loaded with mini milk chocolate reese cups, milk chocolate chips, and peanut butter chips. It is filled with a rich fudge filling & topped with milk chocolate and a Hershey square.
