Butter cookie base that is loaded with milk chocolate chips, Heath toffee bits, and sea salt caramel chips. It is filled with a milk chocolate caramel buttercream. It is topped with Hay's homemade "Grandma's Crack" (saltine cracker toffee) that is smushed into milk chocolate.
