**Inspired by our Easy Peezy, Blueberry Squeezy cookie**
First we start with our signature lemon cookie base and load it with blueberry poptarts, blueberries, and white chocolate chips. Next is a a blueberry jam layer. The final layer is a lemon blondie that is topped with lemon Oreos, a chocolate drizzle, and yellow sugar sprinkles. The brookie is filled with blueberry cream filling.
