It is a chocolate fudge cookie base that is loaded with mini marshmallows and milk chocolate chips. It is filled with hot fudge and Hay Sweetie's homemade marshmallow buttercream. It is topped with Chocolate Marshmallow Oreo that is smushed into milk chocolate.
