This cookie is Hay Sweetie’s version of the oh so famous Samoa cookies! This coconut base is loaded with caramel bits, milk chocolate chips, coconut shavings, and Samoa chunks. It’s filled with a caramel chunk and baked to perfection. To give you more of that Samoa vibe, we made our own version of a Samoa by topping it with a coconut caramel mixture. The cookie is then topped with milk chocolate OR white chocolate and more coconut. You will pick your choice when you add it to your cart!
