Ice cream sandwich inspired brookie
First we start with chocolate cookie base and load it with chocolate chips and chocolate Oreos. There is a thick vanilla bean cream layer. On top of that is a chocolate brownie that’s coated with a Oreo edible double. The whole brownie is coated with hard chocolate and more Oreo crumbles.
